At GEEC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably—no matter where you are in India. Please read our policy carefully to understand how shipping, delivery, and returns work.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
Remote locations may have slightly longer delivery times.
1.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days(Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen delays)
1.4 Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
1.5 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we are here to help.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Certain products (such as consumables, software, or hygiene-related items) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Items without original packaging or invoice
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products
2.3 Return Process

Provide your order ID, product details, and a photo/video showing the issue.
Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off instructions.
3. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange to send the new item after the returned product passes inspection.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
Keep the original packaging for verification purposes.
